Kale and Hearts of Palm dip

Exotic vegetables recipe: Kale and Hearts of Palm dip


  • 1 14 oz can of La Cima Hearts of Palm slices, drained
  • 6-8 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 5 cups of kale, chopped
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 °F. Heat the olive oil in a saute pan, add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the Hearts of Palm and the kale and mix well.
  2. Turn off the heat, add the milk and the cream cheese and stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Mix in the sour cream, ¾ cup of the parmesan cheese and use salt and black pepper taste.
  4. Lightly grease a small baking dish and transfer the mixture.
  5. Top with the rest of the parmesan cheese and bake for 25 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!.
