Roasted Hearts of Palm

Ingredients:
1/2 a kilo of La Cima Hearts of Palm

For the sauce:
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
A pinch of oregano

Preparación:
Cut the Hearts of Palm into slices of 1 to 2 centimeters and cook them for about 5 minutes in salted water. After this time, drain the Hearts of Palm.

In a teflon pan place the Hearts of Palm and pour the sauce all over, cover the preparation with foil and take it to a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and let the Hearts of Palm in the oven until they browned.
